Although there are currently few Incompatibilities, there are some notable ones that the community has documented to cause issues with Open World. There are two types of incompatibilities which we will document. "Soft Incompatibilities" and "Hard Incompatibilities".
Hard Incompatibilities[]
Hard Incompatibilities are mods that simply will NOT work with Open World or will break the game!
Save Our Ship 2
Set up Camp
Zetrith's Multiplayer and Multiplayer Compatibility
Realistic Planet Continued
RimSaves
VFE Pirate storyteller
Beautiful Outdoors
Rimworld together
Soft Incompatibilities[]
Soft Incompatibilities are mods that WILL work in most cases.
Minify Everything / Minified Buildings (May cause issues when trading)
Prepare Carefully (Breaks with certain modlists)
Puppeteer (Existing saves work, new saves crash on world generation)
[KV] Change Skill Levels & Don't Lose Levels (Breaks with certain modlists)
Medieval vanilla (can remove all factions from the world map)
No Pseudo Translate (can cause silent disconnect)
Be aware custom mod features will NOT sync. For example, trading prices from 'Vanilla Expanded Trading'. This is not considered an incompatibility.
A mod developer may choose to release a patch to allow compatibility with Open World, we will not be patching other mods into Open World
