Client Errors

If your playing on the pirated rimworld and your getting "Disconnected from server" check that the openworld mod is listed in the "options" then "mod settings" on the rimworld home screen, if it is not there then your mod file has downloaded incorrectly. Try redownloading it from a different website

Outdated or incorrect version

Outdated or incorrect version means either you or the server has the wrong version, check the server is using the newest version in the config file in the data folder

Mod mismatch/ Disallowed mods

[D] means that you have a mod active that aren't allowed in the server

Remove the listed mod from your active mods and reload rimworld

you will now be okay to join the server

[M] means that your missing a core mod in the server

Activate the listed mod and reload rimworld

Now you will be okay to join the server

Connection timeout means one of a few things:

The IP / port is incorrect

The server is down/ isn't port forwarded correctly

Outdated or invalid version means one of 2 things

make sure the version in the config file is "1.0.5"

or updating your client mod or updating the server

"<!-" means theres an issue in the about.xml of the mod of the server files

Go to the mod file and open "about.xml" and search for the "<!-" tags

Remove everyone of them you can find and save the file

Error while loading map means the basegame.zip has been over written

this is a bug and is being looked into
